Qualifications:

- Before any samples are made, the designer personally and interactively oversees the whole process to ensure that the product is as exceptional as possible.
- Lead and develop a collection of best-in-class, customer-centric visual assets for use in a variety of advertising, marketing, and product activities.
- Strive to enhance our brand guidelines (typography, materials, and color schemes) in all of our touch points on a continuous basis.
- Your customers and coworkers will benefit from your assistance, and your brand and consumers’ needs will be addressed as a result of your efforts. With our team of creative directors, strategists, project managers, and account reps on your side, you’ll have the chance to learn from one another and share your experiences.
- Ensure the effective implementation of the creative idea by working with the strategy and creative teams, product designers, motion designers, and the production team and suppliers.
- Responsibilities include staying abreast of corporate strategy and brand goals, as well as working with colleagues in the Creative, Marketing, Product, Editorial, and Affiliate areas to keep the brand moving forward.
- Show a willingness to take chances and an enthusiasm for design exploration. Construct campaign thoughts and ideas with the assistance of creative directors while working on a wide range of projects

Skills:
- The ability to show a full understanding of how creativity may be employed to achieve business objectives while also adhering to and supporting brand standards for aesthetics and communication quality is crucial.
- A body of work that demonstrates a strong interdisciplinary approach to design and visual solutions across the disciplines of digital, experiential, retail, product/service design, and narrative.
- To be successful, you must be adaptable but yet confident in your talents (from startups to corporations to schools and beyond). capable of jumping in as a last-minute student when the situation calls for it.
- Proven experience working on integrated initiatives that use digital, social, and/or new media; shown ability to think creatively and strategically.
- Outstanding visual communication skills, as shown by a strong portfolio that shows an ability to effectively combine typography, color and composition to achieve branding and marketing objectives.
