We’re seeking to expand our staff by adding an Instructional Designer. You’ll be responsible for creating and maintaining a wide range of technical training materials for our staff in this position. Your team will consist of program managers, instructional designers, learning administrators, experts in their fields, and other collaborators as you collaborate on hundreds of cutting-edge learning initiatives.

Qualifications:
- In order to attain educational objectives, work with partners to identify global and regional learning requirements, establish instructional outcomes, and provide engaging course material.
- Establish a consistent set of project and management procedures, instruction design standards and processes, and business brand style and standards, as well as any compliance requirements, to ensure that everything runs smoothly.
- doing needs/ audience analysis and establishing performance goals, learning plans and instructional techniques, instructional designers work together to produce solutions that match the organization’s business plans and imperatives.
- Faculty and staff members will get training in the technical and pedagogical abilities required for building and delivering dynamic and engaging e-learning courses.
- To establish the effectiveness of educational programs, it is necessary to review outcomes and ensure that they are aligned with corporate goals.
- It is being created for distribution through e-learning courses, instructional materials, and other electronic instructional information that is consistent with adult learning theory and that is compatible with adult learning theory.
- As a member of this team, you’ll be expected to stay abreast of new advances in the field’s technology and market, as well as to come up with creative ideas for improving both the instructional content of course materials and the operational efficiency of the department.
- Manage many projects at the same time in a fast-paced, confusing environment, all while producing high-quality work on time.
- Work on instructional materials such as e-learning and tests, as well as presentations and instructor manuals.
- Performs investigation and generates material that converts difficult knowledge into professionally written, clear, interactive online or multimedia teaching.
Skills:
- Strong communication and organizational abilities, as well as the capacity to influence people within their sub-team and the larger program team, are required, as is a strong emphasis on outcomes.
- Capacity to utilize keyboard and mouse for data entry and navigation, as well as telephone and headphone equipment, as well as the ability to listen while entering data into the system, are all prerequisites.
