- Producing original consumer promotion and shopper marketing collateral for use in agency, client, and new-business campaigns.
- Manage creative teams and projects from conception to flawless completion in collaboration with the Strategy, Campaigns, and Project Management departments.
- Keep the creative goals and deadlines for each project in line with those of the client, the brand, the retailer, and the company as a whole, while also ensuring that the campaign as a whole conveys a consistent message.
- Deliver content that is in line with the brand and the campaign standards to maximize brand consistency and effectiveness.
- Participate in project kickoff meetings with internal clients, manage team members’ efforts, and come up with solutions to meet company needs.
- By setting the tone and aesthetic for a variety of projects and campaigns and actively contributing to their design, you can inspire participation and participation.
- The ability to work with a variety of product requirements and familiarity with promotional media vendors are also desirable.
