Qualifications:

- It’s crucial that products go from Point A to Point B in an orderly manner. That’s why you’ll be in charge of the Rome Plant’s inventory management. You’ll also be in charge of keeping track of the shipping and receiving inventory at the storage facility.
- Inventory metric data is gathered, analyzed, and reported on a daily and / or quarterly basis with the purpose of identifying trends that will assist in improving and maintaining the overall health of the inventory stocking level. the general condition of the inventory
- Acknowledge and obsessing found as possibilities to improve plant performance by understanding processes and functional inter-dependencies and recognizing and elevating issues found as opportunities to improve plant performance.
- Assisting the management of hourly employees’ talent by actively engaging in their growth and training. Project execution while ensuring that Diversity and Inclusion are met or exceeded by the company’s standards.
- Conducting a review and analysis of the data,Conducting a review of all prior 24-hour inventory movements and reconciling DLX and SAP inventory discrepancies. Analyze the state of a product’s quality, damage, and liquidation
- Receiving of OM orders for clinic assistance. Notifies customers of any back orders. Uses the FIFO (First In, First Out-rotational) technique to maintain product sterility and minimize hoarding.
- Find out what’s causing any changes in the process or behavior, do extensive investigation, and maintain meticulous records for future operational evaluation.
Skills:
- Capable of using technology in the inventory and operating room settings, as shown by previous experience. At an intermediate level, the ability to type effectively and input data is necessary. Possibility of becoming adept in the use of the PS and EPIC software packages. It is possible to use hand-held technology to download associated data into an electronic purchase order. The ability to use a mobile phone and send text messages while working in an operation room.
- While performing the duties of this position, the employee is often required to stand, walk, sit, talk, and hear. The employee is often required to use their hands to touch, handle, or feel goods, as well as to reach with their hands and arms. Lifting or moving goods weighing up to 100 pounds is required on a regular basis in this career path You must be able to visually verify things and delivery documents before you can be considered qualified to fill this role.
