Qualifications:
- Staying Organized — Managing quality hold inventory, liaising with Quality Supervisor, ensuring all outgoing and production orders are post-goods issued and incoming orders are post-goods received. Food safety and hygienic conditions must always be met.
- Daily inventory discrepancies are compared to DLX and SAP. Damage and liquidation affect a product’s value. Leader-ize Learn how the plant works so you can improve it.
- Inventory metrics are compiled, verified, and reported on daily and/or quarterly basis in order to enhance and maintain the general health of inventory, as well as to discover trends. In order to identify the underlying causes of process or behavior variations, conduct in-depth research and keep detailed records for future operational assessment.
- You will supervise inventory control procedures, correct shipping and receiving inconsistencies, and resolve reporting issues to ensure shipping and receiving operations run efficiently. Compliance with and enhancement of all areas/shift reporting, including consumption and returns, and K-LEAN. You will collaborate with plant finance and procurement to achieve a balance between raw and packaged goods. You will also help warehouse staff with stock counting (each SKU has different cycle count requirements)
- Delivers goods together with labeled wooden containers and cardboard boxes Weights, shipping charges, and postage are all additional costs that are applied. Unpacks and inspects incoming shipments, returns damaged or defective goods, and notifies shipping companies of any problems such as shortages or damage.
- Hourly workers should be actively trained and developed, and talent management for hourly workers should be supported. Supporting relevant projects and making sure they meet Diversity and Inclusion criteria
- Shipping and receiving checks are performed, as well as the preparation of goods to be sent. Identifies, counts, weighs, or measures incoming and leaving goods in relation to a bill of lading, an invoice, an order, or some other piece of information.
- Getting from point A to point B is critical. Consequently, you will be in control of the Rome Plant’s inventory. You’ll be in control of warehouse inventory for shipping and receiving.
- There is a pressing need for CPD implants. Checks on a regular basis to make sure that any issues are thoroughly investigated and resolved.. Keep track of and report any problems with the loaner implant kits. It’s all because to this man that all shipments are on schedule! A bill-only PO may be created.
- Using a computer or other electronic device to input inventories is strongly recommended in ERP systems. Acquiring and distributing goods. Do whatever is necessary to modify inventory levels. Analyze data using a computer to determine the accuracy of inventories in various locations and then make suitable decisions based on those findings.
Skills:
- Demonstrates ability to use technology in inventory and operating room situations. Basic computer abilities are required. Ability to type properly and input data at an intermediate level. Ability to learn how to use the PS and EPIC programs. Capability to use handheld technology to download associated data to an electronic purchase order. Capability to use/text a mobile phone in an operating room materials setting.
- Employees must be able to decipher delivery notes and product tags. In order to convey inventory information, this employee must be able to work effectively with others in the delivery warehouse. A person who is trustworthy, honest, and able to assist customers swiftly and competently is needed for this position.
- High school diploma or GED and job experience are required for this role. Business, finance, or accounting bachelor’s
- During work, the person must stand, move, sit, talk, and hear. The employee should use their hands to move goods and arms and hands to reach. This person must regularly lift or move 100 pounds. Visually verify merchandise and delivery documents.
- Shows good oral and written English abilities. Professional, friendly, clear and concise. Build working connections with surgeons, anesthetic professionals, nurses, and other health care team members.
