- Work in a professional way with other members of the team and managers.
- Over the phone, do material stock checks, capturing and submitting any relevant data.
- To determine inventory balance, price, and cost, gathers data on material, equipment, goods, or supplies received or supplied.
- Manipulates par levels, reorders points/min/max, and reduces holding costs to identify cost-cutting opportunities.
- To resolve issues with material stock inventory levels, communicate with shipping or inventory coordinators, department supervisors, and internal and external clients.
- Inspects and measures tools and equipment for flaws and wear using visual or measuring devices, and reports any damage or wear to the supervisor.
- Before receiving, unpacking, and storing tocks tools, equipment, and components, verifies inventory, monitors order points, puts and expedites orders, and receives, organize, and stores them.
- Maintains relevant papers and paperwork; prepares standard reports for management approval.
- To name and identify tools and equipment, use an identification tag, stamp, or electric marking tool.
- Your salary will be measured by the number of years you have worked in this position.
- Ability to communicate effectively, interpersonal skills, organizational capacity, comprehension of good body mechanics, safety measures, and infection control, ability to follow directions, and knowledge of section specific test information and tools are all possible requirements.
- Being able to go online and perform basic Internet searches, check email, generate and send attachments, and utilize basic email functionalities are examples of basic computer literacy.
- Reading, writing, and comprehending English items such as safety rules, procedure manuals, and operating and maintenance instructions are all required.
- It is necessary to be able to operate machinery such as pallet jacks.
- A minimum of two years of clerical work experience demonstrating the knowledge, skills, and abilities required for the position.
