Seeking a seasoned office manager. This Office Administrator will provide operational and administrative support to the CEO and President’s office. The Office Administrator is responsible for overseeing all administrative tasks, including but not limited to scheduling, booking trips, and submitting expenses. The ideal candidate for the role of office administrator is someone who is fluent in English and has extensive experience with Microsoft Office.

- Tasks in the areas of administration, clerical work, record keeping, accounting, file reviewing, and assistance are carried out.
- Types letters and reports, handles paperwork, answers question, provides direction, and schedules appointments are just some of the sophisticated clerical activities you’ll be responsible for.
- manages employees and their activities, such as scheduling, tracking time, and assessing performance.
- handle the building’s upkeep, operate as the main point of contact for regional property management, and coordinate efforts between the building’s employees and any appropriate internal contacts.
- Keep the office safe from intruders and up to date with the firm’s legal business continuity obligations.
- Control all aspects of the functioning of the office, including the provision of support services by office workers, conference center personnel, and practice assistants (secretarial) (mail, document reproduction and hospitality)
- Working as a part of the administrative operations team, I contribute to efforts to enhance the quality of the firm’s interactions with both internal and external customers.
- Helps people who have questions about the department’s offerings and is periodically tasked with suggesting an action plan to upper management.
- Maintains office services through the assignment and monitoring of clerical tasks, management of communications, creation of filing systems, review and approval of supply requests, and general office upkeep.
- Organize and carry out office events, such as client and company development gatherings and charity drives, on a regular basis.
- Capacity to maintain concentration and productivity under pressure from competing demands and short deadlines.
- skills in management, communication, and organization at the top level.
- Exceptional familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and a quickness to pick up new software platforms.
- The ability to juggle multiple tasks and set priorities in a high-pressure, detail-oriented setting.
- At addition to a bachelor’s degree, this position calls for seven years of managerial experience in a firm of similar size or larger in the professional services industry.
