Qualifications:
- Prepare voucher documentation and provide approvals to the appropriate departments after matching all inbound files for processing.
- Knowledge of a similar field, such as accounting or office management.
- All incoming vendor bills are cross-referenced against purchase orders to check that the prices, terms, descriptions, and quantities, as well as any discounts and freight costs, are correct.
- Accounting software allows you to enter data as well as search for it. The package includes payments, budget balances, purchase order information and balances, as well as vendor information.
- A bachelor’s degree is required for consideration for this post.
- Examine the payment plan and set payment dates.
- Prepare the relevant documents, including all required information, in order to acquire payment authorization from the department.
- A track record of progress, management, and business success is required, as well as a minimum of 3–5 years of total experience, preferably in a large financial services organization with at least 2 years in public accounting.
