Job Description
The successful Key Holder will place a high value on customer service, goods, and visual display. As a member of the leadership team, the Key Holder must be an adept problem solver with an entrepreneurial attitude. As a member of the team, they will teach and hold accountable a group of Team Members that are driven to create a great guest experience in order to increase sales. Candidates must be able to work a flexible schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays, depending on the demands of the company.

Qualifications:
- Creating a memorable shopping experience that leaves customers feeling empowered, validated, and ready to come to the store again.
- Assist shop managers with sales calls made outside of the store. Ascertain that all pages and phone calls are quickly, courteously, and effectively answered to.
- In order to improve customer service while reducing security concerns, this employee must keep up-to-date on all payment and exchange rules as well as the company’s security procedures.
- All shop opening and closing procedures are carried out correctly. The key tasks of this role are to maintain the cleanliness, orderliness, and cleanliness of the sales floor, stock room, and outdoor product area.
- Achieve daily sales and productivity targets while aiding others in the process.
- Making purchases, processing cash or credit payments, counting money, and providing customer service are just a few of the activities associated with this employment.
- To assist your superiors, do tasks fast and thoroughly.
- Responds to client enquiries and complaints in a timely and professional way, and addresses customer problems and questions politely and professionally. Be aware of POS system and guiding concepts.
- Accurately enter all receiving/shipping/transfer documents into the computer system, reconciling product invoices with products received/shipped/transferred as necessary to maintain proper inventory.
- Regular store upkeep, adherence to loss prevention standards, timely receipt processing, and keeping shelves stocked with suitably priced goods are all important considerations to keep in mind.
Skills:
- Excel and Word skills in Microsoft Office, as well as good verbal and written communication skills, must be learned.
- Stand or walk for an extended period of time and be able to lift up to 40 pounds (fixture components or retail cartons).
- Three years of retail or customer service experience required, as well as a demonstrated ability to exhibit a passion for exceptional customer service and sales.
- Flexibility in scheduling (holidays, weekends, and locales) based on the demands of the organization.
- Relationship building skills with colleagues, departments, and the public.
