Job Description

At least five years’ experience as a Program Analyst is required. The Program Analyst will work directly with the Business Management Team, providing business management and process improvement assistance. For example, you may help with budgeting and reporting; aid with acquisitions; come up with creative solutions for difficult issues; assist with process modifications (continuous improvement); and facilitate communication both inside the company and with external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Analyze and assess current management and program policies and procedures to identify any areas that need more direction.
  • Containment and/or capacity development projects may be affected by changes in political or security sector dynamics, human rights issues, or administrative management concerns.
  • A lot of experience is required to adapt or come up with new methods of analyzing and evaluating things, and this expertise can only be gained via practice.

  • A standard operating procedure (SOP) is a document that outlines how to carry out a certain activity, operation, or procedure.
  • Observation and personal interviews are among the methods used to gauge the nations’ political stability, security, and danger.
  • In order to evaluate the organizational structure, management practices and policies as well as administrative processes and mechanisms, qualitative and quantitative approaches and procedures should be used in combination.
  • Propose alterations to national programs that interact with the target country in any way, direct or indirect, through third parties or international institutions
  • Continually monitor problem areas relevant to the nation or region, keeping abreast of legislative and policy changes that may have an impact on the country’s attitude and responses.
  • Procuring and analyzing complicated contract, project, or business data for the IT business management office, as well as providing daily customer help to this department.

Skills:
