Qualifications:
- Accurate information about services and upcoming events is provided to people by keeping up with industry advancements. Contacts important data providers on a regular basis and keeps them in the loop. Dining, theatrical and leisure programs for residents are put together.
- Make sure regular requests are followed up on and residents and service team members have a point of contact for routine and emergency repairs. To get aid in an emergency, call a professional.
- Workplace safety is maintained by preventing accidents, preserving equipment, and developing safe work routines.
- Faxes, mail, messages, and parcels are processed and residents are notified of their arrival. Make it easier for visitors to send faxes and goods via the mail.
- Develop strong relationships with your coworkers to ensure that your visitors, residents, and other Associates have a positive view of your institution.
- Anyone from your company, family, or network passing through or searching for employment in the region would be grateful for a warm greeting. Depending on the sector, provide visitors with information on where they want to go.
- Events like movie evenings and game nights are put on by the community center staff for its members.
- Checking the community’s common spaces and amenities is an important aspect of your job as an Associate.
- Answer resident enquiries, manage resident requests, manage package storage and delivery, and enable approved guests and suppliers into the property.
- Ensures the protection of both people and property by investigating any suspicious conduct and monitoring security cameras, door alarms, life safety systems, and building alarms.
Skills:
- Experience in the hospitality, administrative, or marketing fields is required for consideration for this position.
- Collaboration may be enjoyable when you like working with others and can follow directions when they are given
- You must have a thorough understanding of the resort’s operations and what goes on there
- For this job, you need to know how to deal with customers, be flexible, take the lead, and use Microsoft Office.
