Job Description
We are looking for someone who is good at what they do to become an Instructional Designer. Using theory and research, the Instructional Designer will work with faculty to make learning materials that are accessible and meet learning goals. They will work with them to structure content, activities, and assessments based on research-based best practices.

Qualifications:
- Organize and generate massive work on various projects in a fast-paced and uncertain setting.
- Keeping track of technical and market developments in the field will be a major responsibility of this position, and you will be expected to propose innovative tools and methods to improve both the educational content of course materials as well as the efficiency of departmental operations in this position.
- Align with existing project and management procedures, instructional design standards and processes, and company brand style and standards, including any applicable compliance needs.
- Produces properly written, clear, engaging internet or multimedia content by researching/organizing difficult material.
- Co-ordinates needs/audience analysis to create performance goals, learning strategies, and instructional approaches in line with the organization’s corporate objectives and strategic imperatives together with instructional designers.
- In order to provide it via e-learning courses, instructional materials, and other electronic instructional information that is in accordance with adult learning theory, it has been developed.
- In order to establish the effectiveness of instructional programs, you provide evaluation features to analyze outcomes and ensure alignment with business goals.
- To assist students learn and remember knowledge, provide educational tools such as e-learning, tests, presentations, instructor manuals, videos, audio, simulations, role-plays, and games.
- Work with partners to develop course materials that are both current and exciting, based on research into regional and global learning requirements.
- staff personnel will be taught how to develop and deliver dynamic and engaging e-learning courses to students in a hands-on way.
Skills:
- Two years of experience working on multimedia instructional materials has taught you how to utilize visual, text and audio components effectively. know how to put these tools to work in a variety of contexts.
- Capacity to input data and navigate effectively while utilizing a keyboard, a mouse, telephone and headphone equipment, and listening while keying information into the system
- A fundamental understanding of the business and management concepts that are involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resource modeling, and leadership approach is required.
- The capacity to influence people in their sub-team and the larger program team is crucial, as is a laser-like concentration on outcomes.
- Change agent with a commitment to improvement, ingenuity, and innovative thinking, as well as strong leadership and management skills.
