Qualifications:
- Communicates challenging facts in an understandable way and persuades others to take action based on the information offered.
- Monitor the collection and compilation of data in order to produce periodic reports, such as those issued on a weekly, quarterly and annual basis. To aid in decision-making, establish baselines and track trends over time.
- All possible affects on sales, including pricing, marketing strategies, sales and client preferences are investigated and examined. If these aspects have an impact on sales in the future, they investigate it as well!
- Find out about markets, customers, and competitors with the help of data mining tools and techniques. You can do this by using these tools and techniques.
- Process, reports, and analytical tools should be able to easily consume data in a variety of formats that come from a wide range of sources and repositories. Investigate online and using subscriptions to market research tools provided by the firm.
- Design research goals, establish methodology, and generate survey questions to assist our internal clients accomplish their research objectives in collaboration with the Market Research team.
- Control how data and information are captured, maintained, and presented by the organization. In order to help in the comprehension of market research, create visuals such as maps, charts, graph, and tables, as well as any other data-driven outputs.
- Showing the findings in a manner that aids the executives in making better choices regarding the future of their firm and the launch plans for their goods and markets is quite crucial.
- Provide management with regular updates on emerging trends and potential areas for growth by preparing and archiving reports (data analysis and narrative). Analyze data, create reports, and provide recommendations.
- Check to see whether there is a need for your marketing information by your firm. Projects that assist the organization achieve its objectives, make things simpler for consumers, and make things quicker for staff should be designed and implemented..
Skills:
- Knowledge of complex statistical software, such as SPSS or SAS, as well as primary and secondary market research methods, tools, and procedures.
- Assist in identifying and describing the issues that need to be solved. Understand how businesses and systems work; gather data; establish facts; and reach logical conclusions;
- Analytical in character. You’ll need to be able to deal with data from a variety of platforms and sources. Providing a comfortable environment for in-depth study.
- Having at least three to five years of experience with several reporting systems, including Tableau, is necessary.
- A thorough understanding of Microsoft Excel is required, including the ability to write formulae, connect spreadsheets, use pivot tables, chart data, and format.
