Job Description

The Marketing Analyst is in charge of providing the team with extensive business analysis and support. Sales, margins, retail pricing, and trending of both internal and market data will all be examined. You’ll be in charge of root cause analysis, problem resolution, category research, and discovering prospective strategic possibilities, among other things. Work streams pertaining to item selection and setup, promotional, seasonal, and off-the-shelf activities, vendor communication, strategic insight building, and reporting will be coordinated by you.

  • Creates, develops, and maintains intuitive dashboards for marketers and other business teams to democratize digital data.
  • It’s your job to take care of the technical parts of important marketing tools like marketing automation and CRM. These tools are used to generate, distribute, and track leads.
  • The applicant must be able to monitor and maintain customized media on a daily basis, which may include SEO, search engine marketing, direct mail, TV, SMS, email and more
  • New product launches are examined, reviewed, and reported on, as are successful, uncommon, and failed products. Analyze data, statistics, and consumer trends on a local level, then compile into a presentation format for direct usage by marketing or sales.
  • By working closely with business teams, he or she comes up with ideas to make customers more aware, engaged, satisfied, and loyal, as well as other business goals.
  • Use primary and secondary research to help Category Marketers create a clear, successful selling story in a visually appealing digital format.
  • It is required to have a working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel spreadsheets.
  • Data from market databases such as Innova, Datassentials, Technomic, Nielsen, Mintel, Euromonitor, and Datamonitor can be used for advanced marketing analysis and data visualization (a plus)
  • Help media, communication, and creative teams as well as department leadership get meaningful insights from research/analysis data. These findings will inform overall marketing strategy, creative execution, and media mix.
  • Intelligence fuels the testing and optimization roadmap, allowing for the formation and validation of hypotheses aimed at improving the digital experience and site performance.


  • Amazon Advertising and comparable self-service retail marketplace ad systems. Paid search (Google AdWords and Bing).
  • +5 years’ experience with data analytics, ideally in marketing and digital marketing
  • This role requires a combination of technical expertise, strong interpersonal skills, and a desire to take advantage of digital consumer interactions.
  • When it comes to issue solving, the candidate must be able to organize, structure, analyze, and offer solutions.
  • It is necessary to have a working knowledge of web-based collaborative software.
