- Project manager for brands to demonstrate understanding of key customer insights and ability to apply them to relevant communications and innovation efforts.
- To propel relevant communications and innovation, brands need their target audiences to be familiar with and understand the brand’s identity, essence, vision, mission, and fundamental values.
- Utilize digital intelligence tools to explore the consumer/brand demand landscape.
- Lead initiatives in the communication plan around specific touchpoints or consumer targets including agency and cross-functional team management, strategy, planning, execution and results measurement.
- Helps the management construct an annual plan to coordinate the efforts of marketing and sales in order to maximize demand for the brand by analyzing data and trends about the brand, consumers, and the market.
- Gain confidence in your ability to manage projects on schedule and under budget, and to pick investments that present the least amount of risk while yet producing the maximum return. Find openings, take charge of projects, and promote the brand’s nutrition, health, and wellness proposition through communications.
- Manage consumer communication projects that create a creative environment that brings the brand to life and enables efficient consumer communication with a digital and social first approach.
- Utilize market and consumer data and trend analysis to help you gain a deeper grasp of the characteristics that define a given customer segment or the general population as a whole.
- Find ways to improve the business and take the reins on new initiatives to spread the word about the brand’s commitment to good nutrition, healthy living, and overall well-being.
- Help figure out the best way to get in touch with customers at the correct time and place by laying out a plan for an effective campaign.
- Previous experience overseeing media and digital marketing strategies is a plus.
- Required education and experience include either a Master’s Degree in Business, Marketing, MBA, or a similar discipline OR a Bachelor’s Degree plus at least three years of relevant job experience in consumer marketing, brand management, or product management.
- Prior experience using data and trends to draw conclusions about customer behavior is a plus.
- Prior experience working in multidisciplinary teams and with external agencies is preferred.
- Prior experience creating long-term plans for a company’s brands or products, including marketing campaigns and distribution methods, is highly desirable.
