We are searching for an Advertising Manager to join our rapidly expanding Advertising team. The ideal applicant would have prior experience trafficking digital advertising placements on platforms such as Facebook or Google, a working knowledge of fundamental KPIs for digital campaigns, and a desire to learn and grow their skills. The ideal applicant will have digital expertise, an exceptional attention to detail, and a can-do mentality to assist top-tier political campaigns in winning.

Qualifications:
- Analyzing performance of all your paid advertising investments portfolio by using data, recommendations and project management initiatives to optimize conversions (messaging updates, AB testing, keyword strategy, ad creative, etc.).
- Write, edit, and supervise the creation of all company-wide communications content and assets.
- Be prepared to monitor program metrics before to the campaign’s commencement so that the results may be easily monitored for targets and the ad effectiveness; giving senior management with analyses and insights/learning.
- Manage ad agency and media agency partnerships to ensure work is aligned with strategy and resources are utilized.
- In your role, you will be responsible for the whole process of developing and implementing company and business area marketing.
- Consult with customers to determine the most effective advertising strategies, methodologies, and performance indicators for achieving your objectives.
- Own highly visible native and display advertising campaigns for bringing in new customers. Headlines and landing pages, as well as schedules and testing, are all part of this role.
- Develop and manage media and ad production to achieve objectives, including strategy formulation, writing, editing, and distribution.
- Timelines, strategic briefs, media strategies, ad creation, technical/legal reviews, placements, and fulfillment are all aspects of advertising campaign management.
- For a marketing campaign, devising and executing paid advertising strategies across several platforms (Google Ads, display ads, paid social, etc.).
Skills:
- Successful internet marketing campaigns and experiments have a track record of owning campaign outcomes and adapting techniques to meet goals and budgets.
- Deep understanding of current best practices in digital marketing, as well as a desire to explore new trends and possibilities to help clients achieve their goals.
- Excellent analytical and quantitative skills, a passion for metrics and quantitative analysis, ability to turn analysis into actionable programs, and ability to use data to optimize day-to-day performance.
- At least three years of digital advertising campaign experience is essential.
- Knowledge of many of the following areas to a high level: Partners include Facebook Business Manager, Google AdWords, MOAT, DCM, OTT, and CTV.
