Qualifications:

- Creates best-in-class procurement strategies with regards to budgeting, forecasting, account segmentation, bid management, objective achievement, and supplier arrangements.
- Develops rapport with media members and keeps them updated on your progress.

- Maintains regular communication with supervisor regarding the status of active accounts and promptly escalates any problems that arise.
- Keeps a pulse on all media buys and is ultimately responsible for the post-buy results and ongoing reporting.
