The Merchandising Specialist will play a key role in the group’s overall success and growth. Every aspect of the creation and distribution of product material is handled by this individual. Qualifications:
- In order to ensure that the creative output is consistent with the overall strategy, external agencies should be included in the process. They need to be aware of the plan and what is expected of them.
- Define the structure of catalog attributes as well as the method for obtaining key product information from the supplier base both retrospectively and prospectively
- Develop hypotheses and key performance indicators, supervise setup and execution of all A/B Tests, and present a next step recommendation based on the results from A/B Tests conducted on the site.
- Improve the shopping experience by analyzing and recommending strategic adjustments to increase user engagement, revenue, and conversions
- By being abreast of the most recent developments in digital content production (such as new channels and technologies), you can be sure that your efforts will be both successful and innovative.
- Assist in planning and executing the development of all content, including that which appears above and below the fold, in collaboration with the Brand, Creative, and external agencies. Brand collaborates with the company on new product releases and seasonal portfolio modifications, among other things.
- enable the development of data-based suggestions for content performance, ideas and enhancement. Consider your product’s history and current sales performance when determining which content pillars are most successful in increasing sales.
- Develop a taxonomy, categorize, and filter navigation strategy, and suggest it across owned and retailer channels.
- In order to effectively execute collaborative projects and provide a consistent customer experience across all touch points, you will need to collaborate with teams from across the company’s categories, products, user experience, brand, and marketing departments.
- Cooperate with internal and external partners to design and maintain content standards per channel, in order to guarantee that our brand’s message is consistent regardless of where our customers contact with us.

- The required education and experience may be satisfied by a combination of education from a recognized institution and relevant work experience totaling nine (9) years, which can be substituted year for year.
- The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting, proactivity and a start-up mindset, autonomy/initiative, tenacity and resilience in reaching objectives, and so on are all important characteristics to possess.
- Self-motivated and able to operate in a fast-paced atmosphere with many responsibilities and internal customers.
