Job Description
There are two main goals here: one, to aid in executing on the go-to-market strategy, and second, to support the marketing operations of the division to guarantee operational excellence. Merchants and online merchants make decisions, and the Merchandising Specialist makes sure those decisions are carried out. This includes setting up vendors, setting up new items, inputting costs, approving planograms, stocking and not stocking items, online assorting decisions, online content / presence for their assigned categories, and making sure the stocking matrix for new and remerch stores is correct. All internal merchandising operations, including Marketing, Online Merchandising, Supply Chain, Accounting and Pricing, are supported by the MS.

Qualifications:
- Customer engagement, revenue, and conversion might all benefit from deliberate alterations to the shopping process.
- Collaborate across Product Management, UX, Branding, and Marketing to deliver a consistent customer experience across all contact points.
- Once the taxonomy and categorization plan has been defined, it should be implemented across owned and retailer channels based on consumer behavior and category data.
- Provide it easier for cross-functional teams to make data-based recommendations for content performance, ideation and optimization. In order to provide product assistance, determine content pillars using historical performance and current trends.
- Develop and maintain content standards per channel in collaboration with internal and external partners to ensure brand message is consistent regardless of the channel through which the customer interacts with our brand.
- Develop hypotheses and key performance indicators, supervise setup and execution of all A/B Tests, and present a next step recommendation based on the results from A/B Tests conducted on the site.
- helps with catalog attributes and the process of getting important product information from the supplier base, both retroactively and proactively
- Cooperate closely with outside agencies in order to brief on strategy and requirements and to give constructive, guided feedback that will lead to the best creative output in accordance with the brand and the goal of the company.
- Act as a project manager in collaboration with Brand and Creative, as well as external agencies, to generate above and below the fold material that adheres to global brand standards. This entails collaborating with Brand to understand and support them via content, new product offers, and seasonal portfolio modifications.
