Job Description

The Product Specialist keeps track of internal product data, runs reports, and analyzes data to help Product Managers and the Category Management team make business decisions. Distribution and Operations teams work together and communicate with each other about back orders, discontinuations, product transitions, and replacements.

Qualifications:

  • Ownership of issues from the first time a customer contacts us to the end of the call, which includes escalating issues to the right people and giving customers updates.
  • Operate as the “voice of the customer” for internal teams when they are developing and prioritizing the product road map for advertiser solutions for internal teams.
  • Assists in developing a thorough awareness of the product’s market, rivals, customer requirements, distribution methods, and Company offerings.
  • Throughout the year, we compile a list of all the things we’d want to provide. All KOB material is included in this list, including duplicates, out-of-dates, and low-value items.
  • Support the go-to-market strategy for widespread solution adoption, and condense massive volumes of information into brief product documentation that can be utilized both internally and externally by the organization.
  • The person in charge of projects related to manufacturer back orders, replacements, and product transitions. In this job, the Operations team is made aware of the project plan.
  • As part of a cross-functional team, participates in product launch activities. May be in charge of duties such as SKU setup, price evaluation, ROI model building, or giving marketing material input and feedback, as well as delivering training and webinars and making occasional client presentations.
  • As needed, go to client locations to do repairs, assist/direct customers with repairs or product startup, in order to guarantee accurate and efficient technical repair and/or technical support for the company’s products.
  • Comprehend current department rules and processes as well as applicable product offers.
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers, with a high level of satisfaction and technical knowledge.

Skills:

  • Ability to grasp difficult technical ideas and convey them to non-technical audiences
  • Online advertising goods and ad serving technology are essential, as is previous experience in the field.
  • Possessing the capacity to collaborate well with others, maintaining a positive attitude, and being genuinely excited about providing World Class Customer Service are all strengths.
  • You must be physically and mentally well in order to have a good sense of humor. Standing for lengthy periods of time is also necessary.
  • Responding swiftly to changes in project goals and objectives requires agility and reactivity.
