Job Description
We’re seeking for an industrial hygienist. Working under defined processes and rules, the Industrial Hygienist assists in day-to-day Industrial Hygiene operations and ensures the health and safety of employees by collecting and analyzing Industrial Hygiene samples.

Qualifications:
- Improve employee awareness of safety precautions, industrial hygiene, and environmental regulations.
- In addition to submitting Total Quality improvement recommendations and participating in the IDEA and PACE programs, this person exhibits the attributes of Total Quality.
- Physical conditions, operational techniques, or other factors that constitute an unjustified risk to human health and safety should be eliminated or controlled by professional safety and health assessments and inspections. Prepare written summaries of the findings, together with recommendations for and coordination of corrective action.
- Keep control over the execution of comprehensive exposure assessments, industrial hygiene surveys/analyses, and the development of industrial hygiene reports.
- Inspecting the workplace to ensure that prescribed risk reduction measures have been implemented and providing current data on working conditions, procedures provided, and key hazards or trends may be helpful to customers who work in the public health sector.
- Develop a plan for and carry out a ventilation evaluation, which includes equipment selection and calibration as well as performance measurement, data analysis, and comparison with appropriate standards
- In order to construct hazard categories, gather information on the demographics of personnel, processes, prospective dangers, and mitigation measures in industrial and administrative contexts.
- Collaborate with top management and project officials utilizing the most recent knowledge on industrial hygiene laws, federal, state, and municipal requirements.
- Advising Tesla on how to control and assess exposures to chemicals used in the company’s research and development laboratories based on a study of pertinent toxicological and safety data for those compounds.
- Analytic methodologies, equipment selection and calibration, laboratory interface design and implementation as well as data analysis are all part of successfully executing sample programs.
Skills:
- Working knowledge of BMBL, OSHA, and other pertinent rules and regulations to ensure compliance.
- The ability to demonstrate advanced technical awareness of occupational safety and health standards, industry standard ideas, techniques, principles, and processes; working knowledge of applicable occupational safety and health practices and applications.
- A bachelor’s degree in one of the following technical subjects and at least two years of related work experience are required. A closely related physical or biological science such as industrial hygiene, chemistry, biology, environmental health, or occupational health
- Knowledge of medical surveillance and associated programs, such as medical checks for the use of respirators, audiometry, and substance-specific testing procedures.
- Outstanding written and spoken communication skills and a proven track record of delivering high-quality client presentations and preparing written reports.
