The group is actively seeking a Production Artist to manage the design, layout, and production of all printed goods. This person will serve as our local point of contact within our supplier chain and advocate for our global creative teams.

Qualifications:
- Checks technical packets for mistakes and, if any are found, finds solutions to them.
- You are responsible for drafting up all submission papers, securing appropriate approvals, and making any necessary adjustments.
- Make various formats of supplied artwork production-ready and resolve any artwork issues that arise during production.
- Excellent time management skills; consistently meets or beats deadlines across a wide range of assignments.
- Maintain a systematic system of file revisions and keep teams informed of production changes.
- Talent for scaling and adapting old designs to new contexts while maintaining brand integrity.
- Troubleshoot problems as they arise with both the creative team and the printer.
- Work with the graphic design, artistic, and industrial design teams to uphold the design purpose for printed goods.
- Collaborates closely with the Design Team to find the best possible layouts and recipes for each concept idea, as well as to collect all the resources that will be required to bring that idea to life.
- As brand components are applied to a variety of products via a variety of supply chains, maintain uniformity in their application.
Skills:
- Effective verbal and nonverbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate with people of varying skill levels are essential.
- The likes of Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and FlightCheck ought to be intuitive to use.
- Candidates must provide evidence of advanced skill with Mac OS X and all relevant software, including Adobe Creative Suite products, especially Illustrator.
- As you manage the print process with a vendor, you have confidence in your ability to direct a printer to meet deadlines and maintain quality.
- Two or more years’ experience in fashion graphic design, garment design, or fashion product development.
