Job Description

We need your help and are on the lookout for a competent Office Administrator to join our team. The CEO and President’s office will rely on this Office Administrator to assist with day-to-day operations and administrative tasks. The Office Administrator is in charge of the smooth functioning of the office on a daily basis, as well as the organization, planning, and tracking of business travel and associated costs. The Office Administrator needs to be fluent in Microsoft Office and have excellent communication skills.

Qualifications:

  • look after the building, function as the principal point of contact with local property management, and collaborate closely with the building’s staff and any relevant internal contacts.
  • Accounting and record keeping for the branch, including but not limited to billing, payment, and account reconciliation, are your responsibility.
  • Be sure the office is safe for employees to work there and that it satisfies any other requirements set forth by law.
  • Plan and execute office events like weekly team gatherings, quarterly business celebrations, and quarterly charitable donations.
  • Personnel management entails hiring, terminating, and evaluating employees’ performance.
  • In addition to fielding questions from the general public about the division’s procedures, policies, and programs, this role may also be called upon to make strategic recommendations to upper management.
  • Oversee the smooth functioning of the entire office, from hiring and supervising administrative and secretarial employees to organizing meetings and coordinating catering (mail, document reproduction and hospitality)
  • You’ll be a part of the company-wide administrative operations team (programs and initiatives) that’s working to better serve the company’s internal and external clients.
  • tasks include typing, filing, answering phones, responding to emails, and maintaining spreadsheets and databases.

  • Requirements include seven years of management experience in a professional services firm of medium or larger size and a bachelor’s degree.
