Job Description

An outgoing and proactive Office Administrator is needed to oversee daily operations here. You’ll pitch in on a wide variety of administrative tasks and be the first line of defense for any problems that crop up in the workplace.

Qualifications:

  • Accounting and record keeping for the branch, including but not limited to billing, payment, and account reconciliation, are your responsibility.
  • manages employees and their activities, such as scheduling, monitoring attendance, and giving performance reviews.
  • Maintain buildings and coordinate repair efforts with tenants, maintenance crews, and other building staff. Communicate with local property management.
  • Arrange and run company events, meetings, client and business development projects, and volunteer efforts.
  • carries out a wide range of administrative tasks such as filing, sorting, answering phones, making copies, and filing documents.
  • Oversee all aspects of running the office, from hiring and supervising staff to ensuring that secretaries, conference room workers, and other office services are available as needed (mail, document reproduction and hospitality)
  • Assists in the creation and execution of plans to better meet the needs of the company’s internal and external customers as part of the administrative operations team.
  • In addition to fielding questions from the general public about the division’s procedures, policies, and programs, this role may also be called upon to make strategic recommendations to upper management.
  • Protect the office’s safety features and make sure the building can meet the company’s business continuity needs.
  • Complex clerical job includes activities including typing notes and reports, managing paperwork, fielding questions and providing answers, and scheduling meetings.
