The Implementation Consultant works with several product teams to implement end-to-end client solutions. This involves assessing requirements, obtaining deliverables, aiding customers with surveys, acquiring data or material, and working with other departments. The Implementation Consultant is a specialist in the product or service they support. To promote great customer experiences, the Implementation Consultant successfully communicates difficulties to the right departments.

Qualifications:
- It’s important for customers to understand the value they may get from client tools and consultations like enablement, communications management, change management and technical guidance.
- Maintains project plans (i.e., comprehensive blueprints, milestones, and work breakdown structures) and allocates tasks to resources to guarantee project completion on schedule and to specifications.
- The primary tasks of this role include coordinating and supervising testing, recording and monitoring results, and addressing problems as soon as possible.
- When deploying new processes, test new scripts, workflows, or other solutions. Project cooperation is necessary for more complicated account settings to assure success.
- Project stakeholders get weekly status briefings on project accomplishments, plans for the next week, and issues needing management and stakeholder attention.
- The process of assembling software projects, which includes defining their scope, assigning resources, establishing deadlines, interacting with stakeholders, and detailing the types of testing and maintenance that will be necessary.
- For every implementation project must be run in a structured, managed way that tells the customer when each stage of the implementation is expected to be finished.
- A functional and technical subject matter expert (internal or external) advises on choices, risks, costs vs benefits, and influence on other business processes and system priorities.
- Delivery of the appropriate Company solution as part of the implementation process customizing Company Solutions to meet Client needs allowing the delivery of a solution that works effectively for each customer producing value and optimising development possibilities
- Keep an eye out for clients who aren’t utilizing the service as often as they should, and provide them best practices to assist them get back into the habit.
Skills:
- Minimal supervision from a more senior manager is required; takes significant responsibility for project achievement; and has an excellent capacity to help others in completing tasks via knowledge sharing.
- Configuration testing, coordination and supervision of the user testing, documenting and monitoring of test results, and ensuring that issues are rectified quickly.
- In agreement with functional and technical subject matter experts, alternative technological or commercial solutions are presented (internal and external).
- experience in implementing/onboarding/project management/customer success/building relationships/change management for five years or more is required.
- A bachelor’s degree in business, operations, supply chain management, management information systems, computer science, or project management is desired, but not necessary.
