Job Description
We are looking for an Implementation Consultant to help our new mid-market clients get up and running with our system as quickly as possible. As a member of the Implementation team, the Implementation Consultant is responsible for ensuring that all client deliverables are fulfilled.

Qualifications:
- A functional and technical subject matter expert (internal or external) advises on choices, risks, costs vs benefits, and influence on other business processes and system priorities.
- Tailoring Company Solutions to the particular demands of the Customer is an important component of implementation in order to produce a solution that works effectively for each customer, offers value, and boosts development potential.
- Look for customers who aren’t using the service enough and help them get back into the habit.
- Before deploying new processes, test new scripts, workflows, or other solutions. Project cooperation is necessary for more complicated account settings to assure success.
- Gives weekly status reports to project stakeholders about what has been done, what is planned for the next week, and any problems that need management and stakeholder attention. This keeps everyone in the loop.
- This position’s main responsibilities include organizing and directing testing, documenting and monitoring test results, and ensuring that concerns are remedied quickly.
- WBSs and a well-thought-out project schedule are essential to completing a project on time and within budget.
- Organizing and regulating the implementation process is essential because it keeps the client informed about the projected completion dates of each step.
- Defining the scope, assigning resources, creating deadlines, communicating strategies, and suggesting testing and maintenance
- Customers should be educated on the value they may get from client tools and consultations such as enablement, communications, change management, and technical advice.
Skills:
- Setup testing, coordination and supervision of user testing, documenting and monitoring of test results, and quick issue resolution
- Evolves alternative technical or business solutions in collaboration with functional and technical subject matter experts (internal and external); advises on possibilities, risks, costs vs benefits, and effect on other business processes and system priorities.
- Requires limited supervision from a more senior manager; assumes significant responsibility for project success; able to effectively help others in completing tasks by sharing information.
- Five or more years of expertise in implementation, onboarding, project management, client success, relationship development, and change management.
- Bachelor’s degree with a focus on business, operations, supply chain management, management information systems, computer science, or project management is preferred.
