Full-Time Paid Social Media Planner – Aswān
To collaborate with our sales and account teams as the thought leader for agency pitches and current client prospects, we are seeking a digital media planner. The ideal candidate will be exceptionally detail-oriented, have a passion for data and insights, and have a track record of planning and executing complicated digital advertising campaigns. A self-driven team member who enjoys figuring out how to connect with and convert a brand’s top prospects is our ideal applicant. They should also be able to engage clients by telling a captivating and strategic tale about how we’ll accomplish our goals. The applicant must be able to manage many deadlines and deliverables while maintaining a good attitude and a commitment to excellence. The Digital Media Planner will work closely with the internal SEO, SEM, Digital Media, Creative, and Analytics practice area teams, as well as Sales, as a critical member of our Strategy team. The Senior Director of Digital Strategy & Planning is the person in charge of this role.

- Construct paid media recommendations across platforms for the client, taking into account their specific needs.
- Compare monthly vendor billing to third-party advertising stats to confirm accuracy.
- The process requires the development and upkeep of flowcharts, media budgets, media authorizations, and vendorINSERTion orders.
- Send RFPs to potential media partners so you may evaluate them for client campaigns based on their ability to help you achieve your goals and KPIs.
- Keep an eye on how the campaign is faring as it is being executed by external media partners; consider setting up regular meetings with key partners.
- Collaborate with other members of the digital marketing team to develop and implement paid advertising strategies in support of ongoing lifecycle programs and point-in-time demand generation campaigns aimed at consumers and businesses.
- Negotiate and manage paid media campaigns with strategic media vendors and ABM partners.
- Collaborate to put buyer personas into action while implementing omnichannel advertising strategies for paid media campaigns.
- Research relevant media and potential partners to provide buy placement proposals. Explore new avenues for marketing that align with the campaign’s goals and approach.
- To make sure that partners are executing campaigns in accordance with specifications, keep an eye on ad verification, brand safety, and viewability.
- 2-4 years negotiating media campaigns and budget with third-party vendors, and 4-6 years working in a digital media marketing capacity.
- skills in content marketing, native media buying, and ad negotiations. having worked with media sales teams from outside companies before.
- Experience in sponsored search, social media, programmatic, and direct buys, ideally spanning three years.
- familiarity with B2B software purchasing processes and ease in navigating new B2B distribution channels based on target audience type.
- Ability to negotiate media buys directly with vendor partners to secure lower prices and more value-added services for customers.
