The Healthcare Administrator provides strategic direction and operational leadership in collaboration with the medical leaders of stand-alone or multi-faceted clinics or many satellite clinics of physician practises. Develops and manages the clinic leadership team to ensure that everyone is qualified to offer excellent patient care.

Qualifications:
- Collaborate with other key stakeholders within the firm to ensure the agency’s clinical and financial success.
- Check whether the patient’s recommendations are appropriate for admission.
- Ascertain that the patient and partner allocations are correct.
- Take part in any required center/agency surveys and reports (Licensure / JCAHO).
- Ensure that the agency’s internal and external referrals are coordinated.
- Make sure you have comprehensive control over all aspects of patient care coordination.
- To meet favourable recruitment and retention goals, clinical partners should be coached, mentored, and precepted.
- Before accepting the admission, assess the agency’s ability to meet the patients’ anticipated clinical needs.
- Ascertain that the patient’s unique POC is created, implemented, and updated.
- Check to see if the patients’ requirements are being assessed on a frequent basis.
Skills:
- A current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) licence is required in the state in which you operate.
- It is required that you have at least one year of experience in home health care.
- A valid CPR certificate is necessary.
- A bachelor’s degree in nursing or a certificate from an accredited/approved RN programme from an accredited college or university.
- At least two (2) years of recent experience as a registered nurse.
