Qualifications:

- Contribute to the go-to-market strategy for widespread solution adoption by condensing massive volumes of information into brief product documentation for internal and external usage.
- Serve as the ‘voice of the customer’ to internal teams in designing and prioritizing the advertising solutions product road map.
- working as a part of a diverse team on the introduction of an innovative product. As a part of your job, you may also be requested to give customer presentations on a regular basis.
- Assisting with escalations if necessary and giving updates to the client is part of the issue management process.
- Travel to client locations to execute repairs, assist/direct the customer with repairs or product start-up, as needed, to guarantee accurate and efficient technical repair and/or technical support of the company’s products.
- Aids in getting a comprehensive grasp of the product market, rivals, consumer demands, distribution techniques, and services offered by the company.
- In order to deliver correct solutions to consumers, it is necessary to learn about, keep current with, and develop knowledge of relevant product offerings, scope papers, and current department rules and procedures.
- Excellent customer service with a high degree of customer satisfaction and technical competence is provided to both internal and external customers
- Leading initiatives connected to product transitions, product discontinuation/replacement/back-ordering by the manufacturers Assists the Operations team in coordinating and communicating the project’s strategy.
