Job Description
The Field Supervisor is accountable for all builder center field installation services. This responsibility include all administrative, field, service, and maintenance functions. Additionally, this job will manage the activities of operations personnel including field service and contract service personnel such as cabinet installers, countertop suppliers, and custom accessory vendors.

Qualifications:
- Verifies that campaigns are being carried out in accordance with standards set out in their respective service areas. This includes contract campaigns, membership education drives, member mobilization activities, leadership recruitment and development, and political activity.
- makes sure that the people getting the service get good and timely service, as well as that the people getting it are treated well.
- create periodic reports, which may include, among other things, a weekly activity and service report, a monthly service, forecasting, and vehicle mileage report, and a quarterly installer bonus report.
- First level disciplinary proceedings, contract administration, and examination of complaints from members, labor partners and governmental authorities are the responsibilities of this position.
- Arranges information or data obtained by oral, writing, or electronic means into parts with the purpose of evaluating the results and resolving problems.
- Consults with clients on the most suitable educational and/or vocational support programs to use in order to close the achievement gap for them.
- With the use of CBT, clients may learn to control or reduce their unhelpful behaviors that might jeopardize their job prospects.
- In order to discover and overcome complicated drilling challenges, data from logging and drilling is monitored, analyzed, and evaluated.
- Serve as a major negotiator and grievance handler for union members in a number of positions, including staffing of union management communication committee meetings and processing grievances.
- Building membership structure and undertaking workplace organizing with members ensures that staff are accomplishing Council goals.
Skills:
- Cabinet installation, order entry and delivery scheduling as well as subcontractor management are important abilities for construction personnel.
- Becoming adept at responding to typical inquiries from clients, regulatory authorities, business people, and the general public by listening and communicating clearly with them is an important skill set.
- For the purpose of processing and disposing of all hazardous waste products created by SCE and contractor facilities, it is important to be able to use knowledge or expertise gained through operating transformers and other oil- or gas-filled electrical equipment.
- The ability to decipher a wide range of technical instructions, whether in mathematical or diagrammatic form, and to cope with both abstract and tangible variables.
- Making effective working connections with employees, adjusting their leadership style to a broad variety of workers, and recognizing their development needs and providing them with coaching and mentoring have been proven.
