Job Description
We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and self-motivated Digital Producer that can take charge of any and all production tasks and come up with ideas for and carry out high-quality, shareable branded content. The ideal candidate has extensive experience with social media platforms like Instagram and TikTok, is passionate about using these sites, is proficient with cameras, and can plan, set up, film, and edit social media content.

Qualifications:
- Manage the site’s content and assets on a regular basis using a digital asset management platform and a content management system.
- Provide the team with up-to-date information on the project’s progress, costs, and timeline, highlighting any potential problems and suggesting ways to fix them.
- Manage the day-to-day production of digital content that attracts a large audience and generates income for the company.
- Develop project objectives and deliver product in accordance with project specifications, customer, and contract requirements (on budget and on time).
- Organize and oversee the assets and resources both within and externally that support the content strategy.
- Develop with an awareness of and understanding of the limitations of various devices, browsers, and end-use use cases.
- Scope small to large scale digital projects accurately with the ability to communicate the project plan.
- To guarantee that designs are realized to the highest standard, work together with the creative director and developers.
- Monitor and manage changes to the project’s scope and schedule, as well as the budget and timescales.
- Train multiple Producers & Associate Producers throughout all aspects of client and interactive production across the agency.
Skills:
- You’ll need to be able to take the initiative and work well with minimal direction.
- able to collaborate and take direction well in order to assist actualize concepts as part of creative teams.
- a bachelor’s degree and at least three years of related experience, such as working as a digital producer, a graphic designer, or a user interface designer.
- Ability to explain complex concepts to stakeholders with little technical background.
