Qualifications:

• From a variety of options, selecting the most successful ways and methods.
• Any safety concerns should be brought to the authorities’ attention.
• All safety procedures should be supported and followed.
• It’s a good idea to upgrade existing equipment to increase product quality or operational safety.
• Monitor production history on a regular basis in order to make recommendations for improvements in efficiency, quality, and waste reduction.
• Long-term or recurring problems can be troubleshooted and solved with the help of other technical resources or by yourself.
• Assistance with the monitoring of the plant’s operations.
• Experiment with various colour combinations and processes to see what you can come up with.
• In the workplace, set a positive example for others.
• In real time, assist operations staff with technical challenges.

Skills:

• This employment necessitates a bachelor’s degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, materials science engineering, or biochemical engineering.
• You’ll have an edge if you’ve ever worked with electrochemistry or metal plating.
• You must show that you understand correct scientific technique and experimental design.
• Experience with printed circuit board production is a benefit.
• Handling and diluting strong acids, bases, oxidizers, reducers, and other concentrated or hazardous compounds should be done with caution.
