An Associate Product Manager is in charge of product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle, including gathering and prioritizing product requirements, making real-time trade-off decisions based on ROI, and collaborating closely with engineering, design, marketing, legal, and operations to meet revenue and customer satisfaction targets.

  • Participate in user acceptability testing and smoke testing as required to verify that releases and release candidates satisfy functional requirements, quickly recording any faults and providing specific instructions to recreate them.
  • Understanding of market segmentation, corporate model, key success metrics, estimating sales and product demand, share performance and trends, competition, customer critical success factors and needs through customer interaction for program integration
  • Work with technology teams to produce significant customer value, including drafting product documentation, organizing development, engaging with clients, delivering successful releases, and assessing outcomes.
  • It’s critical to collaborate extensively with product teams (engineering, customer success, and operations) and customers to understand their needs and desires.
  • Manages and supports assigned segments/product lines, including forecasting, pricing, back-order management, and launch management implementation, among other things. Works with US functional groups and global lifecycle and operations teams.
  • Gather, verify, and record client-specific functional and non-functional requirements in user stories, acceptance criteria, user flows, data flows, and annotations to help engineers execute new development items.
  • This person serves as a role model for others, encouraging them to be their best selves, motivating them, and helping them to attain their greatest potential.
  • To reach corporate goals, establish and implement a complete portfolio/product plan that includes product specifications, pricing, and launch logistics. Developing and implementing tactics; evaluating tactic success using metrics via business reviews; and effectively communicating with internal and external partners.
  • Summarize significant findings and trends from competition research, using statistics and data where appropriate, and encapsulating practices into documentation that can be read by stakeholders unfamiliar with the market to offer a baseline awareness of competitive activity.
  • Collaborate in product category coordination and assist in the coordination of activities across R&D/product development, creative services, sales, marketing, planning, and finance.


  • Basic product management knowledge (e.g., reviewing income statement, cost analysis, SKU optimization, supporting data requirements for sales team)
  • Attention to detail, skill as a communicator and manager of stakeholders, a focus on customers, the capacity to be both critical and creative and an efficient planner are just a few of the traits that would constitute an excellent candidate for this position.
  • Monitors product KPIs and objectives; discovers product improvement possibilities from findings
  • Provides customers with recommendations for items that are in line with their needs as well as those of the firm.
  • A bachelor’s degree in engineering or a science is required, as is four years of experience in a problem solving or analytical role in engineering or a science.
