We need an Associate Product Manager to assist us design fun live in-game events. As an Associate Product Manager, you will help us organize events and revenue. Need a clever, disciplined person that loves free-to-play mobile games, design and puts players first.

Qualifications:
- Assemble requirements for digital products we build for clients, validating and documenting them as storyboards for engineers to follow when implementing new development items.
- Participate in user acceptance testing and smoke testing as needed to ensure that releases and release candidates meet functional requirements, immediately identifying any faults and providing detailed guidance on how to fix them.
- Design and provide high-quality products and services with the help of technical teams in order to improve client satisfaction.
- A overview of major outcomes and trends from competitive research, including data when possible, may help build a baseline understanding of competitive behavior for people who are unfamiliar with the competitive environment.
- In responsibility of developing and executing a portfolio/product strategy that includes product specs, pricing, and launch logistics to satisfy business objectives. Developing and executing tactics; monitoring tactics performance utilizing metrics through business reviews; and effective utilization and communication with internal partners and/or external agencies are just a few of the tasks.
- Forecasting, pricing, back-order management, and launch management execution are all responsibilities for the assigned segments and product lines. Involved in the lifetime and operations of enterprises both domestically and internationally.
- Instills leadership in others by acting as a role model, inspiring, encouraging, and helping others to attain their greatest potential.
- Analyzing market segmentation, corporate model, key success metrics, forecasting sales and product demand, share performance and trends, competition, and customer vital success factors and needs through customer interaction for program integration
- Deeply comprehend, record, evaluate, and synthesize customer requirements and opportunities into product priorities, roadmap plans, and actionable user stories in collaboration with engineering, product marketing, customer success, operations, and customers.
- Support the synchronization of R&D/product development activities with creative services, sales, marketing, and financial planning and coordination.
Skills:
- gaining a fundamental understanding of product management (e.g., reviewing income statement, cost analysis, SKU optimization, supporting data requirements for sales team)
- monitoring and ensuring that the product’s key performance indicators (KPIs) are satisfied; uses data to find areas where the product may be improved
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in engineering or the sciences, and a minimum of four years’ experience in a problem-solving or analytical function.
- The ideal applicant demonstrates the ability to pay close attention to detail, be an effective communicator, be adept at managing stakeholders and projects, be customer-focused, be a critical and creative thinker, be an excellent planner, and have a strong desire to continue learning new things.
