Job Description
The Production Coordinator is responsible for a wide range of tasks in support of the Production Manager and wider teams, including but not limited to: monitoring production progress, coordinating production schedules and communications, creating and maintaining production tools, and assisting with a variety of training and education initiatives. One of the main responsibilities of this position is to coordinate closely with the Production Managers in order to monitor and direct the expanding production opportunities across our worldwide content slate. To assist us develop more effective procedures, we need someone who can make an immediate impact, thinks ahead, is really interested in a wide range of production and support areas, and questions established wisdom. A excellent communicator with sound judgment and initiative is needed for this fast-paced and high-stakes position.

Qualifications:
- Ensures that the events are adequately staffed and that all equipment requirements are met by working with the Director of Operations and truck/crew vendors.
- Track and maintain milestones for virtual production on a weekly basis, updating stakeholders on the situation.
- Foster the acceptance of new techniques, structures, and technology as they apply to Production throughout the firm by assisting in the preparation of presentations, financial metrics, and the development of in-house project management tools.
- Manages all aspects of professional and other productions for the network, including the collection and distribution of relevant paperwork.
- Organize and administer various internal and external workflows including but not limited to, budgeting, talent acquisition/hiring, calendaring, talent onboarding, contracting, production/post production status, and delivery.
- Foster the development of virtual production and VFX-specific tracking software within the organization. Address requests for enhancements as needed.
- keeping track of team and network production schedules and reporting music cue sheets for productions.
- From pre-production to delivery, lend a helping hand with a variety of production support activities as needed.
- Contribute to the company’s culture of curiosity and self-disciplined pro-active responsibility as part of the Production and VFX team along with strong partnership toward Physical Production and Animation.
- Carry out studies to support initiatives to better align technology partners with cross-vertical production teams.
Skills:
- genuine enthusiasm for the production industry and the development of content.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Access and Outlook is required.
- Profound experience working as a Coordinator in Visual Effects, Production, Gaming, and/or a studio.
- ability to handle several projects at varying stages of development and completion (from development through delivery).
- Ability to think ahead and come up with creative solutions to problems, along with excellent organizing abilities.
