Need a music producer who is both talented and enthusiastic. The position will oversee the regular production flow and internal and external creative/production resources, including the intake of new projects, resource/capacity management, contracts, scheduling, and delivery.

Qualifications:

• This person also needs to have excellent presentation skills, be able to conceptualize and create according to specifications, and always follow the rules.
• When necessary, performers will have creative and production oversight.
• Get sound snippets, full interviews, performances, etc. to use in the program.
• Licensing and synchronization rights must be negotiated with music publishers, labels, and other third parties, so you’ll need to set up and lead all of those conversations.
• establishing connections through social meetings with business elites including managers, publicists, and record labels.
• Organizing the band to ensure that all performances go off without a hitch.
• The Music Producer position is a highly collaborative role, working with small and large groups to achieve desired vision and success.
• Coordinate within the set budget with the music performers, line producer, and executive producer.
• As a regular part of the job, you’ll be asked to take part in things like designing and developing new audio systems and evaluating new opportunities.
• Create and manage timetables, budgets, and estimations for project deliverables while keeping an eye on expenses and progress in order to stay under the agreed spending limit.

Skills:

• 8+ years’ relevant experience in music industry – booking/ producing at a variety show (late night, daytime, morning, or similar) or music label experience a plus.
• Ability and willingness to contribute to bookings that aren’t related to music, such as but not limited to celebrities, public figures, and athletes, as well as to engage and work with other teams on the program.
• Important ideas for innovative music production methods in broadcast and digital have been presented.
• qualifications in management, coaching experience, and the ability to inspire teamwork.
• Capacity for prioritization and multitasking under pressure of time constraints.
