It is your responsibility to lead the development of our advocacy divisions and their clients in the areas of civil rights, voting rights, economic security, the environment; affordable housing; LGBTQ issues; healthcare; education; money in politics; and the end of mass incarceration as a part of your role as our Talent Manager. Qualifications:
- Coordination with internal and external training providers to guarantee technical training for all new hires, including but not limited to systems, coffee, wine, cocktails, food preparation and presentation, society, housekeeping, and maintenance.
- Change management involves identifying and addressing the risks and benefits of a shift, as well as creating communications and preparing materials to help the change go smoothly.
- Handle basic HR responsibilities such as onboarding, employment, employee relations, pay, benefits, and performance management processes with little supervision.
- Construct and implement strategies that optimize the process’s efficiency, effectiveness, and impact while encouraging team-building behaviors. There are also quarterly coaching meetings and goal setting.
- Corporate success, employee engagement, and the promotion of diversity, equality, and inclusion can only be achieved via the establishment and management of comprehensive training and development programs for the whole firm.
- Building relationships with agents and managers allows for the identification of on-camera presenters, celebrities, digital influencers, and/or creators who are a good match for the voice of the company. These individuals can then be hired to participate in branded content campaigns and original network programming.
- Be a part of the process of creating new career-development tools, techniques, and resources. In order to help the company react to career and talent-related opportunities and needs, provide HR leadership and business partners with ideas, methodologies, as well as business knowledge.
- The process of evaluating talent includes assisting in the formulation of development plans, monitoring succession plans, tracking progress on development plans, and performing other associated activities.
- Make data-driven ideas based on a grasp of corporate rules and procedures, as well as the applicable laws and regulations, to help internal clients with career options.
- This person creates written reports, such as dashboard narratives and training or job-aid papers. Participated in the creation and/or delivery of training on talent-related topics and systems.
Skills:
- If you don’t have a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a similar subject like Industrial/Organizational Psychology, you’ll need to have at least five years of relevant work experience in a position like this.
- Writing and speaking abilities are excellent. Powerful abilities in planning and analysis. Having the ability to give clients with service that is quick-to-respond, accurate, and friendly The ability to communicate successfully.
- They know everything about social media. You know your way around Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Snapchat, and other social media sites like the back of your hand.
- A publisher’s perspective on 4-6 years of technical experience in talent for branded content partnerships, including pricing and packaging, encompassing digital media and experiential activations.
- Past on-stage production experience and demonstrated ability to successfully arrange artists and other workers to suit production demands and timetables are required.
