Together with the rest of the digital marketing team, the digital media planner will create and roll out paid media programs that successfully and successfully accomplish the strategic business objectives of the company. This position is in charge of demand generation initiatives, brand awareness campaigns, and strategy, execution, optimization, and predictions. The ideal applicant enjoys establishing connections, performs well in negotiations, and keeps their ears to the ground for emerging platforms and clever business moves. This person ought to be able to brief creative teams on campaign objectives and interact directly with media outlets. Experience with digital marketing strategies and B2B SaaS marketing is a significant bonus. The primary focus of this position will be on purchasing digital media, however experience with traditional advertising is a significant bonus.   • Create and maintain up-to-date flowcharts, media budgets, media authorizations, and vendorINSERTion orders.
  • Monthly vendor billing must be reconciled with third-party ad analytics to ensure accuracy.
  • Collaborate with other members of the digital marketing team to create and implement paid advertising strategies to support ongoing lifecycle programs and point-in-time demand generation campaigns for commercial and enterprise audiences.
  • To make sure that partners are carrying out campaigns as intended, keep an eye on ad verification, brand safety, and viewability.
  • Keep tabs on the progress of campaigns contracted out to third-party media companies, and consider scheduling regular meetings with the most important partners.
  • Work collaboratively to implement omnichannel advertising tactics based on buyer personas for paid media campaigns.
  • Generate paid media recommendations across platforms, taking into account the client’s specific objectives.
  • Learn about relevant media and business partners to create informed buy placement suggestions. Determine new avenues for advertising that align with the campaign’s strategy and goals.
  • Send RFPs to potential media partners so you may evaluate them for client campaigns based on their ability to help you achieve your goals and KPIs.
  • Cooperate with strategic media vendors and account-based marketing (ABM) partners to negotiate and manage paid media programs.


  • You’ve got to be familiar with the ins and outs of purchasing B2B software, and you should also feel at home exploring the B2B market for fresh channels on the basis of your industry and target audience.
  • Experience in sponsored search, social media, programmatic, and direct buys, ideally spanning three years.
  • Direct media buys with vendor partners may allow for price reductions and the addition of features that add value for clients.
  • skills in content marketing, native media buying, and ad negotiations. having worked with media sales teams from outside companies before.
  • Expertise in digital media marketing, with 4-6 years of experience, and in negotiating advertising strategies and budgets with outside vendors, with 2-4 years of experience.
