Qualifications:

- Accounts payable closing procedures may be controlled to ensure that all activities are performed on schedule and in compliance with the time constraints imposed by the firm.
- You must assign assignments, evaluate the quality of the work generated, and make decisions on how to continue going ahead to cope with procedural and technical challenges. Work outcomes should be monitored, and management should be presented with metric data.
- Before being processed, financial information (purchase orders, suppliers, and invoices) should be double-checked for correctness and compliance with corporate policies.
- Examine present processes and systems and suggest improvements to make them more efficient, rational and acceptable in responsibility distribution, and have stronger internal controls.

- Helps regional managers with buying tasks such as putting out requests for quotations, selecting vendors, negotiating contracts, setting up new vendor accounts, and managing existing accounts on an ongoing basis.
- Many sites need timely and reliable check and ACH, credit card, and wire processing (national and regional).
- Keeping effective procedures and controls over Accounts Payable and procurement processes, as well as planning, documenting, putting into action, and checking that internal controls are being built and are operating as they should, is one of our primary responsibilities.
- The terms of service of a rental agreement are understood by this individual (deposits, abatements, TI allowances, rent schedules, share of property taxes, CAM).
Skills:
- Enhances the performance, growth, and output of workers / TEAM via training and evaluation. The report addresses performance difficulties and includes suggestions for personnel actions. Motivates and incentivizes.
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service and build good working relationships with both internal as well as external partners.
- The ability to operate individually and as part of a team in a fast-paced, high-volume setting with a focus on accuracy and punctuality.
- Bachelor degree with at least three years of Accounts Payable experience and two years in a management or supervisory position, or an equivalent combination of education and experience adequate to fulfill the job’s core tasks, as assessed by the organization.
- Time management and multitasking skills to fulfill deadlines and adapt to changing priorities.
