  • Over the phone, handle material stock checks, documenting and sending any relevant data.
  • To find cost-cutting possibilities, manipulates par levels, reorders points/min/max, and reduces holding costs.
  • Visually inspects and measures tools and equipment for faults and wear, notifying the supervisor if any are found.
  • Maintains required files and documentation; prepares standard reports for approval by management.

  • Work with other team members and management in a professional manner.
  • Interact with shipping or inventory coordinators, department supervisors, as well as internal and external customers to resolve any issues that may emerge with material stock inventory levels.
  • This role receives, unpacks, and stores tocks tools, equipment, and parts by evaluating inventory, tracking order points, arranging and expediting orders, and receiving, organizing, and storing goods.
  • Label and identify tools and equipment with an identifying tag, stamp, or electric marking instrument.
  • Compiles information on received or distributed materials, equipment, goods, or supplies, as well as inventory balance, price, and cost.


  • Reading, writing, and comprehending items written in the English language, such as safety rules, procedure manuals, and operating and maintenance instructions.
  • Simple computer literacy is demonstrated by the ability to go online and do basic Internet searches, check email, create and send attachments, and use basic email functionalities.
  • A minimum of two years of clerical job experience with the necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities.
  • Fillers, Rinsers, Cappers, Case Packers, Case Formers, Coolers, and Pasteurizers are examples of industrial machinery that need understanding and troubleshooting.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, interpersonal skills, organizational ability, knowledge of good body mechanics, safety measures, and infection control, ability to follow directions, and knowledge of section specific test information and tools may all be required.
