Qualifications:
- In order to get support and buy-in for systems/solution integration and process reengineering efforts at different levels of management, you need to talk and work with people at all levels of the organization and with people who use the systems.

- A person who helps with transactional accounting forms and reports, like journal entries, expense reclassifications, and cash receipts.
- Checks the payroll deduction database on a regular basis and leverages inactive payment reports supplied by the billing administrator help ensure correct vendor payment. Monthly summaries of payroll deductions, benefit programs, and bills are conducted with controls in place to assure accuracy. Payments to vendors are handled correctly. Ad-hoc analysis is performed when needed.
- Maintaining track of the status and growth of projects, as well as doing quality assurance checks on the work you’re doing and the completed result, ensures that everything is as it should be, according to your job description.
- Verifying manual modifications to the HealthCare Processing System’s group ledger for PCMI, Western Growers Assurance Trust (WGAT), as well as specific account transactions (COBRA).
- System/solution integration and process reengineering initiatives need communication and collaboration with individuals at all levels of management and end-users.
- Make monthly fee estimates and 12-month rolling data files for the Associate Analyst.
- While serving as the recognized expert on financial programs and concerns, the incumbent will plan, schedule and execute key initiatives requiring financial program analysis, assessment and development, as well as assistance for the FIAR Program’s daily operations.
