Qualifications:
- Create a method for evaluating crucial events and activities, as well as key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Anticipate bottlenecks, keep escalation under control, anticipate and make trade-offs, and strike a balance between business needs and technology and procedural constraints.
- Communicate with various departments, discuss corporate strategy, and make choices on future advancements.
- Make recommendations regarding the firm’s investing activities and plans.
- Ability to build accounting and financial procedures and structures, as well as instill a Continuous Improvement culture inside the organization.
- Management should be given with financial reports and financial data, as well as recommendations for future actions.
- To guarantee efficient financial oversight, keep in touch with auditors.
- Consider costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales outcomes, and the company’s real performance against business objectives.
- Assist in the preparation of withholding tax, value-added tax, income tax, and other tax returns, as well as related paperwork and schedules, in accordance with government regulations.
- Assist operational divisions with technical accounting concerns, ensuring that any technical issues are handled, fixed, and recorded in a timely manner in line with GAAP and SEC standards and regulations. Members of the global financial team should be educated, mentored, and developed in terms of their understanding and implementation of these issues.
Skills:
- Strong computer abilities and application knowledge are essential, with a preference for Microsoft Excel, Hyperion, and SAP.
- The capacity to lead and enhance the skills and competencies of financial teams.
- It is necessary to have a working knowledge of web-based collaborative software.
- The applicant should have a strong sense of leadership and a persistent drive to learn and improve his abilities.
- A bachelor’s degree in economics, finance, or business administration is required, as well as a quantitatively oriented degree (MBA preferred).
