Job Description
Executes on the company’s internal real estate strategy for its property holdings, if necessary. Drives a wide range of real estate solutions, such as site searches, lease extensions, sublet agreements, relocations, and terminations of leases and sublease arrangements. Assists in the development of real estate choices by collaborating with operational and functional executives.

Qualifications:
- Financial components of the transaction must be tracked and analyzed. Internal authorization of leases and other business transactions enhances efficiency in the industry as a whole.
- Oversee all LOIs and interact with the legal team in order to sign any relevant leases, purchase agreements, and other transactional paperwork and to provide business guidance as needed to conclude transactional documentation to achieve desired strategic results.
- Manages and monitors lease and option expiration dates. Assists top management in coordinating decisions for all lease activities, including renewals, relocations, and terminations, by working with business teams. Participates in the planning and implementation of new location openings and closings.
- By being abreast of market developments, you’ll be better prepared to make smart real estate choices.
- Collaborate with environmental, health, and safety professionals to identify and resolve difficult environmental issues related to the execution of desired transactions.
- Assist construction department and development partners with new site due diligence, including dealing with local authorities.

- Landlords, property managers and brokers may contact this person for any leasing and property rights problems.
- Loss prevention and risk assessment collaboration with different internal departments is very important when it comes to real estate issues, like operations, transportation, finance, health and safety, and health and safety management. These departments all need to work together.
- Assists the business team in conducting site searches and selecting appropriate locations. Provides business team leaders and other stakeholders with options and suggestions.
Skills:
- Reading and understanding contracts, including purchase agreements, leases, and due diligence studies is essential.
- Education from an accredited university and related experience totaling nine (9) years may be substituted for the required education and experience and may be interchangeable year-to-year; or any combination of education and experience totaling nine (9) years can substitute for the required education and experience.
- Having a strong sense of teamwork and the ability to create relationships with both internal and external stakeholders is vital.
- Applicants must be fluent in both spoken and written English, as well as be able to create materials that are clear and concise while yet including all of the necessary information. They must also be able to present well before small and big groups.
- A proven track record of delivering high-quality projects in an environment where speed, flexibility, and heavy workloads are the norm.
