Job Description

A dedicated and organized front desk receptionist is needed for a position that is currently open. The front desk receptionist will oversee the lobby and welcome visitors while creating good first impressions. We are seeking a dynamic self-starter with a strong desire to succeed in a demanding atmosphere and a genuine enthusiasm for offering excellent administrative support.

  • Check that everything in the office is in functioning order and that it meets the company’s standards for safety and cleanliness.
  • Answers and accurately directs all incoming calls for various business divisions using a multi-line telephone with courtesy. When using the company’s intercom system, displays a courteous and professional attitude.
  • Maintain an up-to-date record of residents, including their names and rooms, as well as any relevant contact information, such as emergency contacts, department extensions, key people, etc.
  • Assists guests with registration and badge assignment while adhering to security protocols.
  • Handle special administrative projects, including overflow work from department and executive assistants.
  • Maintain order and refuse entry to anyone who does not comply with the rules.
  • stores and makes available all necessary documents, files, directories, emails, etc. maintains order in the secure waste containers and off-site archives. arranging for the maintenance and fixing of photocopiers.
  • Participate in any required or recommended workshops, seminars, in-service training sessions, or other training programs for the position.
  • Replies with generalities to regular client questions and sends on to the Corporate Office Manager any requests for more specific information, complaints, or anything else that requires more thought or sensitivity.
  • Understand the procedures for dealing with all parts of client complaints or disputes.


  • has proven expertise in scheduling meetings and managing a busy schedule.
  • The ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and set priorities are all essential.
  • Prior work experience in a similar role is required.
  • Able to juggle a number of responsibilities and see each one through to completion.
  • ability to work under pressure to prioritize and organize multiple projects and produce reports.
