Job Description

We’re searching for a front office receptionist that can multitask and has a positive attitude to join our team. The ideal candidate would have a gregarious personality, be outgoing and personable, and have a natural knack for providing excellent customer service. The customer’s initial point of contact with our company is the front office receptionist.

Job Title : Receptionist- Part Time
Location : Sagñay, Camarines Sur Province, Philippines
Salary : $ 17.59 per hour.

Qualifications:

  • Responsible for greeting and directing visitors and patients, taking messages, answering basic questions, and routing calls.
  • Carries out a wide range of clerical duties consistent with the nature of the profession, including the use of a computer for tasks such as word processing, data entry, and the production of printed products including letters, labels, and reports.
  • Keeps the office and its public spaces tidy and safe (copy room, kitchen, conference).
  • In a timely manner, answer, screen, and direct all incoming phone calls to the proper party.
  • Contributes to business continuity by recording and disseminating information about routines, irregularities, and ongoing needs.
  • generates, modifies, or handles documents such as files or records.
  • Everything from incoming mail sorting to distributing paperwork and patient information to the appropriate staff members.
  • Copies and/or duplicates materials as needed; may make and send facsimiles to clinic personnel.
  • As needed for the role, may carry out specialized services of a routine clerical nature, adhering to all established procedures.
  • Get everyone some refreshments and show them where the restrooms are.

Skills:

  • Skills in creating and printing basic written products, such as labels, letters, and memos.
  • A minimum of three years’ experience in administrative, clerical, or a closely related field is required.
  • Experience with and familiarity with medical and pharmacy software packages are desirable.
  • Six months of experience in a medical or dental office is preferred.
  • Possess strong verbal and written (digital) communication skills.
