Job Description
When you join the Outside Sales team as a Sales Clerk, you will take orders from the team and enter them into an ERP system for scheduling. It is the Sales Clerk’s job to answer incoming calls/emails from dealers about processing orders/transactions and other persons about their order, as well as to answer questions from customers. The ideal candidate for this position is driven, organized, and able to improve both themselves and the processes and systems they have been given. They should also be excellent communicators via email and phone, have a positive attitude, and be able to form strong working relationships with their coworkers.

Skills:

- Long periods of standing are required for customer service, product replenishment, and keeping the store’s aesthetic requirements. They must stand, walk, and bend as part of their employment. They must squat and kneel as well. They must have the ability to lift, push, and pull objects.
- Expertise working with customers, experience managing cash registers, and a minimum of a year’s worth of retail, restaurant, or fast food industry experience are all required. Having experience running a cash register is advantageous.
- It is best to have a high school diploma or the equivalent. At least 16 years old; able to work for long periods of time with hands and feet in a standing or bending position; regularly lift light weights (no more than 5 pounds a time)
