All internal and external clients will get outstanding customer service from the Sales Clerk. The job is in charge of processing cash register sales, pricing things, presenting inventory, managing product stock levels, and engaging consumers in our purpose.

Qualifications:

  • Rearrange and show existing stock before adding fresh. Insertion of sales orders into the company’s intranet Your actions should reflect your passion.
  • Understand consumer demands, Accounts order entry setup and maintenance Cross-departmentally complete duties and account needs
  • Follow adequate processes to guarantee the shop fulfills out-of-stock percentage targets.
  • Develop a foodie culture by actively demonstrating proper suggestive selling tactics and expressing your enthusiasm and love for food with both team members and customers. This will help you cultivate a foodie culture.
  • Maintain the highest level of safety in all parts of our work, for our Team Members, visitors, and goods. We strive to thrill and amaze our visitors, suppliers, and stakeholders by providing unrivaled guest service.
  • We’re asking customers to round up their purchases to help us reach our goal, and we appreciate everyone’s help. Follow all the rules about how to handle money when using the cash register.
  • The specified spaces are well-stocked and everything is arranged in a neat and tidy manner. Having the capacity to properly communicate with the store manager or supervisor about new inventory arrivals, product discontinuance because of weak demand or low sales volume, and several other subjects is an imperative need. Employee participation is encouraged at department meetings, where themes such as customer service, job performance improvement, and accomplishing sales goals are discussed.
  • Engages in dialogue with customers in order to help them make a purchase. Assists consumers in making product selections and recommends additional items to complete their purchases. If a product comes with a warranty, provide customers the opportunity to purchase an extended warranty. Explain the plan’s benefits and drawbacks.
  • The installation, use, maintenance, and warranties of various product price ranges are all addressed. Buyers are provided with clear, comprehensible information about the goods.
  • Opening and closing tasks, pricing, markdowns, and the appropriate and timely filing of all relevant documents must be followed.

Skills:

  • 12 months of retail, restaurant, or fast food experience. POS experience
  • Must be dependable and on time for work each scheduled day, Ability to Lead others and ability to learn from and teach others, Perform other duties as assigned.
  • A fundamental understanding of computers and proficiency in Microsoft Office are must, along with at least two to three years of effective retail sales experience with great customer service.
  • high school diploma or its equivalent is preferred. At least sixteen years old capacity to operate with hands and feet in a standing or bending position for long periods of time regular, light weight lifting (no more than 5 pounds a time)
  • Customer service, stocking, and shop upkeep need long durations of standing.. There is a lot of physical exertion involved. They are also required to kneel and squat. There is a lot of physical exertion required of them.
