The Intern works alongside members of management and staff in a certain department to complete responsibilities set forth by such management and staff.

Qualifications:
- Keep databases for all data related to the department’s booking activities, including current offers, contracts, venue calendars, and other details.
- may collaborate or support a variety of corporate divisions, services, or regions.
- keeps to the company’s rules on safety and risk management.
- Assist the User Experience Researcher in testing the usability of our software products.
- It is expected that you will lend a hand to the team as they carry out their various projects (mailing list, class binders, organizing rooms, etc.)
- aids the cleaning, maintenance, cooking, and serving employees in commercial, healthcare, educational, residential, and other settings.
- acquires the skills essential to operate and maintain mechanical devices.
- Gains familiarity with the companies and customers that the role serves.
- Responds to calendar availability requests and hold placement requests, for multiple facilities, in a timely manner.
- Roles and Responsibilities of an Intern (driving to appointments, medication calls, schedule accountability, etc.)
Skills:
- Must be able to explain and demonstrate, with or without reasonable accommodations, that the fundamental activities of the work can be accomplished. Must possess the necessary knowledge, skills, abilities, and experience.
- Able to use standard office equipment such as a computer keyboard and a printer.
