Qualifications:

- Complete end-to-end configuration testing, co-ordinate and lead Client User Testing, record and monitor test findings, ensure problems are rectified in a timely way.
- Before implementing new workflows, scripts, or solutions, test them. Provide project coordination for more complex account setups to assure success.
- Work breakdown structures (WBSs) and a thorough plan (i.e., milestones) are maintained to guarantee the project is completed on time and to specifications.
- It is vital to organize and oversee the implementation process since it enables the client to be kept informed of the planned completion dates of each step.
