Qualifications:

• The applicant must be easygoing and communicative.
• Respond appropriately to medical, safety and other emergencies by working with law enforcement, paramedics, fire department staff or other local, state or federal safety or emergency officers.
• Control and monitor surveillance equipment, and perform building and equipment inspections.
• working knowledge of enforcement policies and procedures.
• Alerting authorities if needed for emergencies or security breaches.
• Proven experience as security officer or guard.
• Display exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• respond to alarms and requests for help.
• The payment for this job is evaluated on the number of years of experience you have.
• Despite limited resources, the applicant must be resourceful, critical-thinking, and capable of finding solutions.
